He wasted time by producing a motion to oppose seizure of SNC s office furniture. This was part of Dunton Rainville s obvious plan to force up my legal costs. The furniture seizure took place on July 5th 1991 after SNC had neither paid the Court judgement within the time allowed, nor appealed against the judgement
